"Each day is born with a sunrise
and ends in a sunset, the same way we
open our eyes to see the light,
and close them to hear the dark.
You have no control over
how your story begins or ends.
But by now, you should know that
all things have an ending.
Every spark returns to darkness.
Every sound returns to silence.
And every flower returns to sleep
with the earth.
The journey of the sun
and moon is predictable.
But yours,
is your ultimate
ART."

Have you ever chased the moon ?
Have you ever thought that you could reach out to the moon by your imaginary ladder ?
Have you ever wondered how Moon is accompanying you whilst you were gawking at it from the moving vehicle ?
There are two wonders : Time and space. We love to wonder and explore the outer realms of space and gaze at stars as if to search for patterns, regularities, periods and intervals;
But DO YOU KNOW ?
• When primitive man transformed from a hunter to a farmer growing crops, he inevitably needed to relate his agricultural operations to the sun and the moon. He started observing the cyclical pattern in seasonal changes and in the waxing and waning of the moon.
• Even the Indus valley civilization had professional astronomers, called ‘nakshatra darshaks’ or ‘star gazers’, who meticulously observed and recorded the phases of the moon in reference to fixed constellations of stars. This method of calculation and its precision, sharply distinguishes Indian astronomy from the astronomy of all other countries.
If you want to perceive the beauty of thee in context of Moon , Zen Buddhism provides the philosophy to grasp the subject in a much delightful way ✨
It signifies that 'true subject is no ego', or on the realisation that a new subject requires the symbolic death or deconstruction of imaginary ego-identification. It proposes that the truths of desire do not conflict with the teaching of emptiness because a desire for emptiness, or the emptiness at the root of desire, regenerates rather than annihilates desire. Though
"Emptiness which is conceptually liable to be mistaken for sheer nothingness is in fact the reservoir of infinite possibilities."
We all feel empty then whole again, it's a wonderous process , and while going through different phases of life , each day can add more value in your being if you realize your purpose / ikigai /生きがい on this beautiful planet Earth and life is definitely not a problem to be solved but a journey to be experienced.
You are allowed to feel empty and whole!
Remember, The moon is the reflection of our heart and moonlight is the twinkle of our love.
"We like to admit to only that which already glows, although it is nobler to support brightness before it glows, not afterwards."
Be empty!
Be whole!
In awe of Moon.
Hey Moonchild but don't you ever give up on your heart! ❤️
Shine on!
:)
Love
