"Privileged groups work for greater power consolidation through favoritism."
- Bryyant McGill

You might have experienced "favoritism" in your school or in a circle where you were introduced as a new kid or maybe at the ballroom when your partner is acquainted with almost everyone but you seems to take more time to observe instead of introducing yourself before you could befriend anyone.

It happens !

Even sometimes the shit happens!!

But you prefer to let it go,

because it's not gonna last forever.

But above mentioned scenarios are very casual incidences where favoritism can be negotiated but what happens when you face a continues drift of downfall in your career because of favoritism.

Then ,

Who should be blamed ?

Who can be considered responsible?

With whom will you confabulate?

To the authority or to the receiver?

Maybe you can share what you feel or experiencing with a close friend, family member, spouse etc.

But let me tell you one thing,

"The moment one have to recruit people to put another person down, in order to convince someone of your value is the day he/she dishonor the generation, his/her parents and God. If someone doesn't see your worth the problem is in them."

You competing for a better work environment and delivering the best you can through your efforts is all you can do.

You can get better with time, you know the process.

You know, you are here to learn and earn the dignity for your uniqueness.

You ain't owe to the people who dare to compare human beings on the basis of appearance, class, creed, race or background.

You'll be known and appreciated for your calibre and fortè.

Protect yourself.

Your uniqueness is precious.

And there is no one like you,

And that's your true power.

"If you have a pulse, you have a purpose!"
