A new year ,
Approaching near,
Friends, welcome it,
With cheers ,
No doubt , 2020
Was full of fears,
Thousands lives were
Dip into tears,
“Don’t meddle my ways”
NATURE’s message,
Was clear,
TIME , too powerful,
Stopped all the wheels ,
But blissful enough ,
To make us heal ,
2020, was not
A total zero,
It awakened our wisdom,
Made us hero ,
We could listen ,
Our inner voice ,
Amidst so much noise .
We could glance at
Our inner side ,
Truth can’t be masked ,
If left aside ,
TIME does not wait,
As seasons,
Life moves on ,
Gives no reasons,
Our heart strings are ,
At the tugs ,
Longing for togetherness,
Craving for hugs ,
Let’s pledge ,
A new year resolution,
Follow three Ws,
The only solution,
“.Wear the mask ;
Wash your hands ;
Watch the distance; “
