In the world beneath the open sky,
Ants march on, heads held high,
With discipline in every stride,
Together they toil, side by side.

Termites build their towering mounds,
A fortress from the earth they’ve found,
The scent of damp soil fills the air,
As they sculpt their homes with utmost care.

Bees hum softly in the warm sunlight,
In buzzing balance, they share their flight, Building homes, sweet and bright,
Their golden nectar glistens, a pure delight.

From dawn to dusk, they never rest,
Each one giving their very best,
No voice of greed, no cry for fame,
For them, each life is a team-based game.

Through the ants, we learn to stay,
Steadfast on our chosen way,
From termites, we see strength grow,
When we stand together, row by row.
Bees remind us with their wings,
That unity and joy it brings,
The fragrant flowers lure them near,
As they dance in the breeze, without fear.

So let's listen to the wisdom of these tiny friends,
Who thrive on the harmony that teamwork lends.

With discipline, society, and grace,
We too can find our rightful place.
Let’s honor their lessons, and start today,
In our own small ways,
let kindness pave the way.
