DEPRESSION
I write huge letters
on page and stare at it.
Blankness only I do notice.
Emptiness. Void. Abyss.
I close my eyes but get haunted
by dark. Immediately they open.
To find Sun is too dark. Radiating
rays dark and painful.
Grey clouds clout my mind.
Rains. Big drops with immense
noise. Melancholy drenching
my cheeks.
Irregular line of irregular water
sits down on my long vein.
Tightly I hold my hand.
Brook of blood flowing.
Silence. Without a blink.
For minutes, hour. I know
where is knife. I know where
to strike.
Single thought rushes violently.
Distance of just a few meters.
End. No annoying thumping
of heart. No weight of breaths.
Commands begin to ring.
Stand up. Move. A few meters.
You know where is knife.
You know where to strike.
Page flutters. A voice calls
me back with all its might.
I as if wake up from
some deep unconsciousness.
Long siren of train.
Page still fluttering.
Word written on it
glares : Depression.
