Tokyo Paralympics 2021:The Destiny makes the History and breaks all records!
“Gloating is a superficial glowing,
floating is an idle flowing,
and bloatedness is the paralysis of blowing up;
because silent movement results in loud victories.”

Golden opportunities led by five gold medals making in a total of 19 medals won, India finished at the 24th position at the Tokyo Paralympics 2021. However, its first appearance at the Paralympics in 1968, India had won 12 medals in total till the 2016 Rio edition. The country has now massively improved upon the entire number by 7 medals at the Tokyo 2021 Paralympic Games alone breaking it's own record.
Shuttler Krishna Nagar won gold in the men's singles SH6 event whereas Suhas Yathiraj just settled for a silver medal in the men's singles SL4 event on the very last day of action at the Tokyo Paralympics. However bringing the best of all times it took India's medal count to 19, including 5 golds, which is the record-breaking interval for India at the Paralympics in history.
India finishes in the top 25 on this unprecedented campaign at the Tokyo Paralympics.
India’s previous best tally at one edition of the Paralympic Games was four (In 2016 as well as in 1984 more gold medals were expected at Rio). But this time they had shown the ultimate power of being differently-abled and managed to win over 5 times as many in Tokyo.
India’s total number of gold medals at the Paralympics before Tokyo was four. India won five of those just at this Game.
Let’s see what our fabulous players said after having a victory on their Battlefield :

I would like to dedicate this whole tournament and moment to the whole country.
But this particular moment I’d like to dedicate to my wife because she has encouraged me to put my anger on the court.
The medal is for my country and the match is for my wife.”
Bhagat on the final proclaimed in happiness: What a match, what a medal!
On the tremendous comeback in the 2nd game:
