SENIOR CITIZEN
We normally retire at sixty years
For work place we are old it appears
But healthy in mind body one feels.
By the time we reach seventy
Our body mind slowly starts to decay
Then we are truly senior citizen per se.
Now we have to start taking care
All our activities we have to be aware
We have to do them rather slowly
And within some limits possibly.
We have to eat in moderation
Avoiding spicy salty food in addition
No sugar sweets too for information.
Keep heart lungs kidney liver in tact
And gut and pelvis active in fact
